A: 20 minutes! Fluffy pancakes are a souffle which means we whip egg whites and carefully and slowly cook them for over 20 minutes! That’s what makes each order of fluffy pancakes so special and fluffy!

Do I need a reservation?

A: Yes, highly recommended but not required! We’re serving fluffy pancakes all day at both Doki locations. With high demand, reservations will help locking your spot and limit wait time to about 20-30 minutes. Without reservations, wait time usually runs as high as 45-60 minutes. Also, other treats and drinks are available for you while you’re getting ready for your unique and special fluffy pancake experience!
