How long do fluffy pancakes take to make?

A: 20 minutes! Fluffy pancakes are a souffle which means we whip egg whites and carefully and slowly cook them for over 20 minutes! That’s what makes each order of fluffy pancakes so special and fluffy!

Do I need a reservation?

A: Yes, highly recommended but not required! We’re serving fluffy pancakes all day at Doki Doki. With high demand, reservations will help locking your spot and limit wait time to about 20-30 minutes. Without reservations, wait time usually runs as high as 45-60 minutes. Also, other treats and drinks are available for you while you’re getting ready for your unique and special fluffy pancake experience!
