A: 20 minutes! Fluffy pancakes are a souffle which means we whip egg whites and carefully and slowly cook them for over 20 minutes! That’s what makes each order of fluffy pancakes so special and fluffy!

Do I need a reservation?

A: Nope! Since moving to our sister location at Kumo Cafe we’re now serving them all day! Remember the minimum wait time is 20 minutes though so be sure to grab a drink and get ready for your unique and special fluffy pancake experience!
