How does the subscription work?
Every month you can either pick it up from our store or sign up for delivery to your doorstep! Each box contains our signature flavors and desserts for the upcoming month.
How does your delivery work?
Depends on where you live and which subscription you select, you will select a specific pick up date and provide us with the delivery address. Pick up date will be either 2nd Wednesday or 4th Wednesday of the month between 2pm and 9pm. We will either hand it to you or leave the box by your doorstep in a safe and dry place.
What is my billing date?
When you first subscribe, that will be your first payment date. Afterwards, it will be the 1st of each month.
Example:
Subscribe on 04/05/2022, you will be charged on 04/05 and receive May box on 2nd or 4th Wednesday of May.
Next payment date is 06/01/2022 for June box on 2nd or 4th Wednesday of June.
If I subscribe now, when can I get my box?
If you are subscribing before the 30th of the month, you will receive the next box on the 2nd or 4th of the Month. If you subscribe after the 30th you will receive your box the next month.
Example:
Subscribed by 04/30/22 and get the May Box on 2nd or 4th Wednesday of May.
Subscribed after 04/30/22, you will get June Box on 2nd or 4th Wednesday of June.
How can I access my Customer Account to manage my subscription?
You can Log in to your Customer Account via this link: www.dokidessert.com/account . From there, you can fully manage your subscriptions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. After you subscribe, you will gain access to your Customer Account. From there you can cancel your subscription anytime.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently we don’t have a “Pause” option but you can always cancel your subscription for the time being and re-subscribe when you are ready again.
Can I skip just a month or two but keep the rest of my subscription?
Definitely. If you need to skip any month, please send us a text at 385-292-6767 and we will issue a refund for that month. Must reach out at least one week before pick up or drop off date.
